FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) - Investigators say a house fire in Fort Worth killed a woman and her 3-year-old grandson.
The Tarrant County medical examiner's office identified the grandmother as Lavonda Anderson. Her grandson was Maurice Anderson.
Fire department Lt. Kent Worley says both victims were found in the kitchen.
Worley says an unattended candle is the suspected cause of the blaze, reported around midday Friday.
