4/22/10 Nacogdoches Police reports

Burglary of a Building - 1100 Block Logansport Street: Unknown suspect broke out a window on a storage building and removed copper tubing and fittings.

Assault - 1100 block Lock Street: Complainant reported being pushed by a known suspect during an argument.

Unattended Death - 6200 block of Brixwood: A 52 year old man was found deceased in his residence. No obvious signs of foul play. Autopsy ordered and official cause of death will be ruled by Justice of the Peace upon test results.

Assault - 3100 block of EJ Campbell: Complainant reported being assaulted by a known suspect during a disturbance.

Identity Theft - 312 West Main: Complainant reported that an unknown suspect had used his identity to obtain a loan in another state.

Theft - 1000 block of South Street: A male suspect stole several packs of diapers from a store. Officers arrested the suspect behind the store and the property was recovered.

Theft - 1200 block of North Street: A suspect stole a quantity of meat from a store and fled in a vehicle. Officers located the vehicle abandoned in a private driveway.
