Assault - 500 Block Charlton Street: At approximately 9:30 P.M. on Sunday, April 25, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that at approximately 10:30 P.M. on Saturday, April 24, 2010 a known male suspect assaulted her inside of her residence located in the 500 Block of Charlton Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect pushed her against a wall and used his fist to strike her arm.  The report stated that the responding Lufkin Police Department Officer photographed bruising to the complainant's arm and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Assault - 3200 Block Old Union Road: At approximately 7:45 P.M. on Sunday, April 25, 2010, Lufkin Police Department Officer responded to a residence located in the 3200 block of Old Union Road in reference to a reported in-progress disturbance.  According to the report, the spoke with two subjects, one male and one female; each provided a different account of the incident and each reported being assaulted by the other subject.  The report stated that at the time of the report the responding Lufkin Police Department Officers could not substantiate either claim of Class C Misdemeanor Assault so the subjects voluntarily separated and the incident was referred for further investigation.

Burglary/Building - 200 Block Loop Lane: At approximately 9:30 P.M. on Sunday, April 25, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between the hours of 5:00 P.M. and 11:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 24, 2010 an unidentified actor(s) burglarized his storage building located in the 200 Block of Loop Lane.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) entered the unlocked building and removed from it a bicycle.  The report stated that the complainant also reported stolen a bicycle that had been leaned against the exterior of the building and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Burglary/Habitation - 4400 Block Daniel McCall Drive: A complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 6:30 P.M. on Sunday, April 25, 2010, an unidentified actor(s) burglarized her residence located in the 4400 block of Daniel McCall Drive.  According to the report, the actor(s) forced entry into the residence by breaking a window and removed from the residence a laptop computer, video gaming system, and a digital camera.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Criminal Mischief - 1300 Block Tom Temple Drive: A complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between the hours of 7:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 24, 2010 and 7:00 A.M. on Sunday, April 25, 2010, an unidentified actor(s) broke a rear window of his vehicle while the vehicle was parked in the 1300 block of Tom Temple Drive.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Burglary/Vehicle - 3600 Block Ellen Trout Drive: A complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between the hours of 2:30 P.M. on Saturday, April 24, 2010 and 9:30 A.M. on Sunday, April 25, 2010, an unidentified actor(s) burglarized several vehicles parked in the 3600 Block of Ellen Trout Drive.  According to the report, the complainant stated that some the entered vehicles were unlocked and some were forcibly entered by breaking windows.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.
