Assault - 100 Block Alton Street: On Thursday, June 24, 2010, a complainant appeared at Lufkin Police Department and reported that earlier that date a known female suspect assaulted the complainant outside of a residence located in the 100 block of Alton Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect reached though an open window of a vehicle in which the complainant was seated and punched the complainant's face.  The report stated that the responding Lufkin Police Department Officer photographed the complainant's face and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Assault - 300 Block Church Street: On Thursday, June 24, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that a known male suspect assaulted the complainant outside of a residence located in the 300 block of Church Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that her boyfriend, a person with whom she cohabitants, used a closed fist to strike the left side of her face, knocking her to the ground.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect fled the area prior to the complainant contacting Lufkin Police Department.  The report stated that the responding Lufkin Police Department Officer photographed the complainant's face and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Burglary/Vehicle - 1700 Block West Frank Avenue: A complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between the 7:30 P.M. on Wednesday, June 23, 2010 and 2:00 A.M. on Thursday, June 24, 2010, an unidentified actor(s) burglarized the complainant's vehicle while the vehicle was parked in an employee parking area of a business located in the 1700 block of West Frank Avenue.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) forced entry into the vehicle by breaking one of the vehicle's windows, and that the actor(s) removed from within the vehicle a car radio and three Social Security cards issued to the complainant and the complainant's daughters.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Assault/Sexual/Rape - 1400 Block Lark Street: At approximately 9:30 P.M. on Wednesday, June 23, 2010, a complainant appeared at Lufkin Police Department and reported that at approximately 11:30 A.M. on Tuesday, June 22, 2010, at a residence located in the 1400 block of Lark Street, the complainant's boyfriend used physical force upon her to compel her to engage in sexual intercourse with him.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Criminal Mischief - 500 Block Montrose Street: At approximately 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 24, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that a known male suspect damages the complainant's vehicle while the vehicle was parked in the 500 block of Montrose Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the complainant's ex-brother-in-law punctured two tires on the complainant's vehicle and that a witness observed the suspect at the vehicle when the damage occurred.  The report stated that the complainant refused to identify the witness to Lufkin Police Department and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Theft - 800 Block North Timberland Drive: At approximately 1:30 P.M. on Wednesday, June 23, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that at approximately 3:00 A.M. on June 20, 2010, an unidentified suspect stole a video camera from a business located in the 800 block of North Timberland Drive.  According to the report, the complainant provided the responding Lufkin Police Department Officer video files that the complainant stated show the black, male suspect exit a vehicle, which was being operated by a known male suspect, and remove the video camera from the exterior of the business.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Theft - 800 Block Pershing Avenue: On Wednesday, June 23, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that on June 20, 2010 an unidentified suspect stole currency from the complainant's purse at a business located in the 800 block of Pershing Avenue.  According to the report, the complainant provided the responding Lufkin Police Department Officer a name of a possible suspect, a temporary employee of the business.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Assault/Aggravated - 900 Block Weaver Avenue: At approximately 11:30 A.M. on Wednesday, June 23, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department at approximately 11:00 A.M. that date a known female suspect assaulted the complainant outside of a residence located in the 900 block of Weaver Avenue.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect swung a knife at the complainant but did not make contact with or injure the complainant.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Theft - 3100 Block South John Redditt Drive: On Wednesday, June 23, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 12:30 A.M. and 6:30 A.M. that date an unidentified actor(s) stole merchandise from a business located in the 3100 block of South John Redditt Drive.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) stole bar-B-que pits and chairs from outside of the business.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.
