Truck Drivers Feeling Gas Prices

by Jessica Cervantez

Gas prices continue to climb and that is having a big impact on those who have jobs where driving is a must.

Truck drivers use a lot of gas. That means any price increase hits hard. With prices already at more than two dollars per gallon area drivers are hoping for some relief.

Ron Wagner, a truck driver, said, "It's having a big affect on us, I carry produces and we have to pass that price on to the consumer."

For the 18-year driver to fill up his tank it now takes between $400 and $500.
