Lufkin police officer Libby Parish has been in law enforcement for 16 years. She loves her job, but knows it's risky. "It's a very dangerous job. They give me protection to wear. They give me a gun to wear on my waist, that in itself is a danger. It's a very dangerous job and you never know where you are going to meet your danger", says Parish.

Parish feels blessed, but she knows other officers in East Texas have not been so lucky while protecting and serving. She remembers the day one of her fellow officers was killed. "I don't think there is anyway to describe it. That was a very hurtful day for all of law enforcement. For those of us who had worked around officer Logan. You lost a friend whether you knew him or not, says Parish.

There is nothing entertaining about losing an officer in the line of duty, but a new video game called "25 to Life" allows players to become cop killers. The more cops you kill, the more points you get. The video game "25 to Life" is causing so much controversy, stores in East Texas that sell the game aren't making any comments about it, but they are making sure all buyers are at least 18 years old.

Michael Range says he plays video games everyday, but the teenager draws the line when it comes to cop killer video games. "They don't influence me, but they influence little kids who play the game because they think they can grow up and be something like that, says Range. "It's sad. I don't think that there are many people that would want to walk in our shoes. A lot of people tell you i wouldn't do what you do", says Parish.

Across the country 70 police officers have been killed in the last 10 years by people under the age of 18.
