Nacogdoches Police Report - 01/17/07

DWI:  1500 block of North St.  Suspect was involved in a minor accident and was found to be intoxicated. Kimberly Weaver was arrested.

DWI:  2600 block of North St.  Officer stopped the suspect for a traffic violation. The driver was found to be intoxicated. Kasie Mundine was arrested.

ASSAULT:  1500 block of Hillview St.  A 15-year-old juvenile was physically assaulted by another juvenile. No injuries.

HIT AND RUN:  100 block of N. Stallings Dr.  A suspect vehicle backed into another vehicle in the parking lot and left the scene. Witness obtained a license plate of suspect vehicle. Officers are attempting to contact that suspect.

THEFT:  3100 Sharon Dr.  A generator was reported stolen from a back yard.

FORGERY:  2600 block of North St.  Unknown suspect forged two checks on a closed account.

DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE:  1200 block of W. Austin St.  Suspect was stopped for a traffic violation and found to have a suspended driver's license. August Menchew was arrested.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE:  4600 block of S.E. Stallings Dr.  Unknown suspect entered a dump truck and removed chains, booms, a laser level, and 50 gallons of diesel fuel.

HARRASSMENT:  3300 block of N.E. Stallings Dr.  Unknown suspect placed an obscene telephone call to the complainant.
