Woman missing from East Texas nursing home

MARSHALL, TX - A $2,500 reward is being offered for information leading to the location of Beverly Meadows.

Beverly Meadows was last seen December 26, 2008 at the Community Care Nursing Home located off of Merritt Street in Marshall, Texas.

She is a white female, 49 years of age, 5'3" and weighs approximately 240lbs., with gray and black hair.

Police believe that Ms. Meadows walked away from the facility wearing a blue t-shirt with a Harley Davidson emblem on the front, blue jeans and flip-flop shoes. Ms. Meadows did not take any of her personal belongings with her from the Nursing Home.

Ms. Meadows has a medical condition that requires her to take medication every day and she does not have any medication with her. It has been verified that She is not with any family member nor has she made any contact with her relatives.

The Marshall Police Department is asking everyone to check any vacant property that they own.

Anyone who feels they may have seen Ms. Meadows or any information pertaining to Ms. Meadows is urged to contact Lt. Patrick Clayton of the Marshall Police Department Criminal Investigation Division at 903-935-4546. Any after hours calls may be directed to MPD Dispatch at 903-935-4575
