KTRE.com Lufkin and Nacogdoches |Man crashes in Lufkin not paying attention to funeral procession

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - Police at the scene say other drivers had pulled over on Loop 287 near Copeland for a procession.
A Lufkin officer says the driver was not paying attention and hit a Buick that had stopped.
The man who caused the crash was transported after his airbags deployed in his face.
He was given a ticket.
The driver of the Buick was fine. His car, however, did have some damage to the rear bumper.
