One capital murder suspect has been released from a Tyler hospital while another remains in a Nacogdoches hospital.

Okeiron Bowser, 20, of Nacogdoches, was released from the Tyler hospital Friday afternoon, according to an advisory released by the Nacogdoches police.

Bowser, Marlon H. Randle and Marsh Odom II are suspected of capital murder in the slaying of Charles Frazar.

The funeral service for Frazar has been scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday at Cason Monk-Metcalf Sunset Chapel.

Frazar, 22, of Lufkin was killed Wednesday night in what Nacogdoches police say was a drug deal gone bad.

According to the obituary, Frazar was salutatorian at Martinsville High School in 2005 and a varsity member in basketball, baseball and tennis.

Okeiron Bowser, Marlon Randle and Marsh Odom II were arrested in the slaying. Police say all three will be charged with capital murder.
