Nacogdoches jail worker indicted for sex with inmate

NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - A Nacogdoches grand jury on Friday indicted a Nacogdoches County Jail worker for having sexual activity with an inmate.

Lori Nicole Wade, of Nacogdoches, was indicted for improper sexual activity with person in custody. The inmate was allegedly Charles Frasier, who was charged with the murders of David Mitchamore Jr. and Rochelle Brown in December 2007, in Etoile.

The grand jury also indicted Marjorie Sue Clark, of Nacogdoches, for possession of child pornography.

The district attorney's office said law enforcement found images of children involved in sexual activity on both her work and home computers. Her first court date will be determined in about a month.
