From the KTRE East Texas newsroom...KTRE has learned that the Amber Alert suspect, Luis Antonio Gallegos, and his two small children have been found safe.

Police found the three around 4:10 p.m.

Nacogdoches Police found the three inside a house on CR 521 in south Nacogdoches. Gallegos was brought out in handcuffs. A police report said officers of the Nacogdoches Police, Pct. 3 and 4 Constable offices and the Sheriff's Office made the arrest.

Gallegos has been arrested on a violation of probation warrant, and other charges are pending, the report stated.

The Amber Alert was issued Tuesday afternoon. Gallegos allegedly abducted the children, Laiza Gallegos, a four-year-old girl, and Luis Antonio Gallegos, a two-year-old boy, and was believed to be armed with a knife.
