3/25/09 Nacogdoches Police Report

Burglary of a vehicle; 3400 block of North Street. A purse was taken from inside a parked vehicle.

Identity theft; 312 West Main. Complainant reported that unknown persons had used their identity to purchase gift certificates.

Burglary of a vehicle; 1300 block of Pruitt Hill Drive. A window was broken out of a vehicle and a stereo system and 200 CDs were taken.

Possession of marijuana; 1500 block of Fields Street. Officers responded to a disturbance. When officers arrived they observed Quincy Pleasant drop a baggie containing suspected marijuana. He was arrested.

Burglary of a habitation; 200 block of Beall Street. A door to an apartment was kicked in and several CDs were stolen.

Assault; 4000 block of Red Oak Street. Two individuals were involved in a disturbance. No charges were filed, one of the individuals voluntarily left the residence.

Criminal mischief; 200 block of Mitchell Street. A known suspect damaged complainant's vehicle with a key. Warrant requested.

Criminal mischief; 1100 block of Ritchie Street. Complainant reported that a known suspect threw a brick through the trunk of a vehicle. Warrant requested.
