LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - Brian Scott Johnson was accused of watching children at a local park and committing a sexual act on himself.  Thursday, there are more charges that stem from a search on Johnson's home.

Johnson went before a judge at the Angelina County Courthouse Thursday, where he is accused of Indecency With A Child By Exposure, and now He faces five more charges of the same thing.

That is thanks to what authorities said they found on a camera they obtained after a search warrant at his home.  They discovered video of a man later identified as Johnson in the Lufkin Wal-Mart.

The police affidavit says, "On the video Brian is seen exposing [himself] in front of an approximately nine year old white female identified as Jane Doe who is described as having blonde hair wearing a maroon shirt with a tan skirt."

There are four more instances just like it with a charge attatched to it.

"This kind of behavior shows that he's very much a predator and a very dangerous individual to children and I certainly hope he gets some time out of it," said Lufkin Police Department Lt. David Young.

He never even would have been arrested if it was not for a local man.

The baseball coach said he caught Johnson at Morris Frank Park taking up two parking spaces.  He was doing lewd acts right in front of children.  The police affidavit indicates this was not the first time Johnson exposed himself in front of small children.

He also has had at least three Public Intoxication charges, at least one felony DWI, and he was booked in December for Indecent Exposure.

For now, he is behind bars with his bond set at $120,000.

The judge did put some conditions on his bond.   He cannot be around anyone under the age of 18, and he has to wear a GPS bracelet if he bonds out.

Police also found a computer at Johnson's home.  They are searching it to see if there is any illegal material on it.
