Female suspect in eight-liner raid turns self in

Both suspects charged in Saturday night's eight-liner raid have turned themselves into authorities.

Gayla Johnston Cunningham, 56, and Allen Cunningham are being charged with money laundering, which is a degree 4 felony.

Pct. 2 JP Dorothy Tigner-Thompson said bond was set for $5,000 and Gayla Cunningham is represented by Nacogdoches attorney Dean Watts.

Gayla Cunningham posted the bond and is free tonight.

Her husband Allen had not turned himself in as of 5:20 p.m. Nacogdoches County Sheriff Thomas Kerss said they had agreed upon a situation for him to turn himself in and he did not show up at the agreed time.

Allen Cunningham did turn himself in around 6 p.m.
