LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - A Lufkin man first accused of exposing himself in a parking lot of a childrens' playground committed improper acts with photography on the day of his arrest, according to Lufkin Police.
Brian Scott Johnson, 42, was arrested for indecency with a child on March 23. When police arrested him, they found a video camera on his person. According to an arrest affidavit, Johnson gave police permission to examine his camera for child pornography.
In one clip, which police say was timestamped on March 23, the day of his arrest, Johnson is in Insta-Cash and Pawn at 601 N. Timberland in Lufkin. The clip shows him kneeling down and placing the camera under a 5-year-old girl's skirt.
A surveillance video from the store shows Johnson kneeling down next to a girl and recording under her skirt, the affidavit states.
