COPY-4/20/09 Nacogdoches Police Report

Found property; 700 block of S. Fredonia Street. A wallet was located. Officers were unable to make contact with the owner and it was placed into evidence.

Criminal mischief/violation of a protective order; Westward Drive. Complainant reported that unknown persons had damaged his vehicle and front door of a building. A known suspect was also seen in the presence of a person who is the subject of a protective order at a party. Unknown if the offenses are related; warrant requested on vopo case.

DWI; 3000 block of Durst Street. Suspect was stopped for speeding in the 3000 block of durst. Jessica Murphy was found to have a suspended drivers' license and was arrested.

Burglary of a vehicle; 1600 block of Castleberry Street. Complainant's unlocked vehicle was entered and a bottle of polo was removed.

Criminal mischief; 1100 block of Tangleberry Drive. An unknown object was used to break out the glass on a building. No entry was made.

Theft; 1200 block of North Street. A cell phone was reported stolen after it was lost by the complainant.

Assault; 1900 block of Banita Street. During a disturbance; two individuals assaulted each other. No injuries; no one wants to press charges.

Deadly conduct; 200 block of Mitchell Street. One of the actors in the Banita Street incident rammed the other party's car with a vehicle.

Possession of a controlled substance; 1200 block of Murray Street. Officers stopped a vehicle on traffic. Both the driver and the passenger were found to be in possession of suspected crack cocaine. Dustin Hunter and Frank Phillips were arrested.

Assault; 1300 block of Rodessa Street. Complainant reported that a known suspect had assaulted her by offensive contact. A complaint was signed in municipal court.
