Ingredients:

An English Muffin split and toasted

4 ounces of thinly sliced ham

2 eggs

1 tablespoon of vinegar

Your favorite Hollandaise Sauce recipe

An order of your favorite breakfast potato

Directions:

In a small pot, bring to boil aproximately 4 cups of water.  Add the tablespoon of vinegar.

When water is boiling, crack your eggs one at a time and drop into water.

Begin toasting your English Muffin.

In a separate skillet, gently fry your ham.

After 3 minutes, your eggs should be medium.  Remove them from the water with a slotted spoon and place in a bowl.

When English Muffin is toasted, place on plate.  Lay heated ham divided in half on each slice of the muffin.

Gently place eggs on top of ham.

Ladle 2 ounces of Hollandaise Sauce on top of each egg.

Add your potatoes and you are ready to eat.
