Ingredients:
An English Muffin split and toasted
4 ounces of thinly sliced ham
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of vinegar
Your favorite Hollandaise Sauce recipe
An order of your favorite breakfast potato
Directions:
In a small pot, bring to boil aproximately 4 cups of water. Add the tablespoon of vinegar.
When water is boiling, crack your eggs one at a time and drop into water.
Begin toasting your English Muffin.
In a separate skillet, gently fry your ham.
After 3 minutes, your eggs should be medium. Remove them from the water with a slotted spoon and place in a bowl.
When English Muffin is toasted, place on plate. Lay heated ham divided in half on each slice of the muffin.
Gently place eggs on top of ham.
Ladle 2 ounces of Hollandaise Sauce on top of each egg.
Add your potatoes and you are ready to eat.
