Price Arendondo is Director of The Hispanic Business Services Offices at the Tyler Chamber of Commerce, which, as he puts it, helps people "realize their dreams." But in 1966, as an eighteen year old kid from West Texas, joining the Army was more duty than dream.

Arrendondo was in combat in Vietnam for a year before returning home. He completed his college education on the GI Bill Of Rights. Arrendondo credits our nation's Military with his education and success today, something he never dreamed about as a teenager in West Texas.
