4/26/09 Nacogdoches Police Report

Theft, the complainant advised that persons unknown entered his open carport and removed a saw and two socket sets without his consent.

Terroristic threats, the complainant advised that her boyfriend continue to make threats to kill her family. The complainant stated that the suspect came to the residence with a baseball bat. The suspect was arrested.

The complainant advised that a female placed merchandise inside her clothing and attempted to leave the business without paying for them. Officers arrived and arrested laquita black for theft.

Theft,  the complainant advised that persons unknown entered onto her property and removed a blue six bicycle.

Assault, complainant advised that during a fight at local business that she was struck on the left side of the face.

Failed to I.D. fugitive, subject was stopped on  a pedestrian violation. Subject provided officer with a false name. Subject had two outstanding warrants for his arrest.  Subject was arrested.

D.W.I., Subject was stopped on a traffic violation and found to be intoxicated. Subject was arrested.

Aggravated Assault, subject got into an argument with his wife. During the argument, the subject attempted to hold his wife while driving away from the location. The subject then droppped her on her head and the vehicle drove over the top of the victim. Suspect left the area prior to police arrival. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment. The suspect returned back to the area and arrested by police. Subject was arrested.

Hindering apprehension, officers received information concering the location of subject wanted on felony charges. Officers arrived at the location and the resident informed officers that the suspect was not at the location. The suspect called 911 and advised the communication officer that he was on the east side of town. Officers remained in the area of oakhill plaza and observed the suspect inside the original residence. The suspect was located hiding underneath a blanket. The suspect was arrested for an outstanding warrant and the resident arrested for hindering apprehension.

Assault, complainant advised that he was attempted to purchase a dime bag of marijuana from a subject. Complainant stated that the subject offered to sell him an ounce of marijuana at his car. Complainant stated that he went outside and the suspect struck him several times in the face and left. The complainant was very intoxicated and was arrested for public intoxication.

Animal cruelty, complainant advised that a suspect hit one of his horses with a stick making her run through a barbed wire fence. The horse sustained injuries to her chest and legs.
