COPY-5/12/09 Nacogdoches Police Report

Unauthorized use of a vehicle, 900 block of Douglass Road: Complainant reported that he loaned a 1995 Ford pickup to a known suspect who did not return it. The vehicle was later recovered and returned to the owner.

Theft, 2619 North Street (Pizza Hut): The manager reported cash (less than $200) missing from the cash register.

Assault, 4700 block of Mystic Lane. Complainant and ex-husband pushed each other. Parties separated, no charges.

Harassment, 312 West Main Street: Complainant reported that a known suspect continues to text and call after being told not to do so.

Theft, 1800 block of Pearl Street: Complainant reported the theft of a cell phone while at a party.

Violation of a protective order, 2000 block of Pruitt Hill: Complainant reported that the subject of a protective order came to the premises and knocked on the door. Suspect gone on officer's arrival. Warrant requested.

Unauthorized use of a vehicle, 1700 block of Durst Street: Complainant's motorcycle was taken by a known suspect without permission. The complainant recovered the motorcycle in Angelina County. The complainant then came to the police department to make a report. Warrant requested.

Identity theft, 312 West Main Street: Complainant's bank account was breached and money withdrawn without permission.

Unlawful carrying of a weapon, 3000 block of North Pecan Street: The suspect ran when officer entered the parking lot. Officer located the suspect and a .380 pistol beside a vehicle. Trunagru Hamilton was arrested.

Burglary of a habitation, 300 block of Brewer Street: A window was entered and an alarm sounded. The suspects fled. Nothing was missing.

Dog bite, 2400 block of Pettit Street: Complainant reported being bitten by a wild dog. Officers and animal control officers attempted to capture the dog, but were unable to do so. Further attempts will be made.
