COPY-5/12/09 Lufkin Police Report

Assault, 1900 block Hoshall Garden Street: A couple reported mutual assault and both had some minor scratches.  Neither party wished to file charges.

Assault, 1700 Block Keltys Street: Complainant reported that her son choked her during a disturbance Tuesday evening.  The suspect was taken to a local hospital for treatment of a suspected PCP overdose and charges are pending.

Forgery/Counterfeit, 1800 Block W Frank Street: Complainant turned a counterfeit $20 bill over to police that was passed at a store sometime Tuesday by an unknown person.

Indecency With A Child: Complainant reported that a known suspect touched her 11 year old daughter inappropriately by grabbing her breast last year.

Theft, 2500 Block John Redditt Drive: Complainant reported that his wallet was stolen from his unlocked car Sunday night.  Some credit cards were missing when the wallet was found later on the west loop.

Criminal Mischief, Little Hollow Drive: A school bus driver reported that a young boy shot the school bus with a paint ball gun Tuesday afternoon as the bus was being driven on the street.  The boy fled and was not located.

Terroristic Threat, McMullen Street: Complainant reported that two known suspect threatened her with bodily harm and threatened to kill her during a disturbance Tuesday.

Theft, 4600 Block S Medford Drive: Complainant reported that an employee was found to have been making fake merchandise returns and pocketing the cash.

Terroristic Threat, 200 Block Hummingbird Street: Complainant reported that a known suspect called and threatened her Tuesday.

Burglary, Hosea Dolphus Sr Avenue: Complainant reported that a dolly was stolen and used to carry off an air conditioner from a house.  The air conditioner was later recovered at another location.

Unauthorized Use, 300 Block Hoskins Street: Complainant reported that his car was stolen from his driveway sometime Monday night.  The car was recovered Tuesday morning by Angelina County deputies who found it.  The car had been partially burned.

Burglary, 600 Block Renfro Drive: Complainant reported that someone entered his home Monday night and stole a television, an X-Box, a computer, two pit bull puppies and cut the tires on his vehicle which was parked in the driveway.  There was no sign of forced entry.
