Shelby County Sheriff's Office arrests two for possession

CENTER, TX (KTRE) - Two Louisiana residents were arrested Thursday by the Shelby County Sheriff's Office for possession of a controlled substance.

According to reports, Lieutenant Derek Barbee made a traffic stop around 1 p.m. on Highway 7 East. When checking David Glenn Lukasheay, Barbee found a bottle containing various types of drugs. A deeper search revealed more than 800 grams of hydrocodone and xanx, with an estimated street value of eight thousand dollars.

Lukasheay, who is 56, and 33-year-old Tonia Michele Sanders were arrested.
