Take one Slab of Baby Back Ribs.
Loosen the bones from the membrane by cutting slits on the back of the rib horizontally and vertically three times each.
Cut into three sections.
Rub your favorite seasoning over the ribs.
In a 9" Loaf Pan, put 1 cup of water and 2 Tablespoons of Liquid Smoke Seasoning.
Place the ribs in the pan, bones upright, and cover with Industrial Strength plastic wrap then Industrial Strength aluminum foil.
Place in a pre-heated 275°F oven for 4 ½ to 5 hours.
Check the ribs at 4 ½ hours by removing foil and wrap and pulling out a center bone.
If the bone comes out cleanly, the ribs are done. If not, rewrap and place in the oven
For 30 more minutes.
Let the ribs cool to room temperature and wrap the ribs in plastic wrap.
For the Grill:
Place the pre-cooked ribs on the grill, meat side up. Turn ribs over after 5 minutes. Place BBQ sauce on the concaved side while the meat side cooks.
After 5 more minutes, turn ribs over and place sauce on the meat side. Turn again in one minute to heat the BBQ sauce on the meat side and remove after one minute.
