
Boneless, skinless chicken breast
Seasoning salt
Cumin
¼" diced tomato
Diced chives
Cooked Bacon
BBQ Sauce
Mix Colby/Jack cheese
Season your chicken breasts with seasoning salt and cumin and grill until done. Take the chicken of the grill and lightly cover with your favorite BBQ sauce, two pieces of cooked bacon, and cover with mixed Colby/jack cheese. Place in a pre-heated 350°F oven and cook for 5 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Place smothered chicken on a plate and sprinkle with diced tomatoes and chives. If you would like to kick it up a notch, add sliced jalapeño peppers as well.
