
Ingredients:
2 lbs jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined.
2 tbs butter
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 tbs cumin
1 onion sliced
1 green pepper sliced
Aioli Dressing (see recipe)
Pico de Gallo (see recipe)
Shredded pepper jack cheese
Shredded Lettuce
Flour tortillas
In a skillet lightly sauté the shrimp on medium heat with butter and spices for about 6 to 8 minutes or until pink. In a separate skillet sauté peepers and onions on medium high heat for 8 minutes. Take your flour tortilla and generously spread aioli dressing across the top. Next place shredded lettuce, Pico de Gallo, and shredded pepper jack cheese. Top with shrimp, fold, and enjoy!
