Grant's Crab Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Shrimp:

1 pounds cooked crab meat

1 cup of mayonnaise

One green pepper

One red pepper

Old Bay Seasoning

One green onion

One Pound 10-20 count shrimp

Thin Sliced Bacon

Take your Green and Red pepper and dice to ¼ "size.  Sauté on med high heat with butter and a tea spoon of old bay seasoning for 8 minutes or until tender.  Add dice green onion and cook and additional two minutes.

In a separate mixing bowl mix one cup of Mayonnaise, with the sautéed pepper mixture and a table spoon of Old Bay seasoning.  Stir mixture until smooth.  Then add crab meat.  Mix thoroughly.   Place in the refrigerator until needed.  This is your crab stuffing for the shrimp.

Peel and de-vein the shrimp.  Slice the shrimp open across the top of the shrimp.  Place your crab stuffing in this opening, about 1 tbs, and then wrap with bacon.  Place on a cookie sheet and cook in a pre-heated 425°F oven for 25-30 minutes.  You will have some extra crab stuffing.  See the recipe for Crab stuffed mushrooms for the rest!

Dipping sauce:  ½ cup of mayonnaise, 4 tbs of brown mustard, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tsp of hot sauce mixed until smooth.

Serve on a plate with the dipping sauce and enjoy!
