Grant's BBQ Shrimp

1 lb of Jumbo Shrimp peeled and deveined

½ cup of diced onion

½ cup of diced red pepper

½ cup diced green pepper

One small can of cream of shrimp soup

Cayenne pepper

Paprika

Seasoning salt

Butter

¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

1/8 cup hot sauce

Heat 2 tbs of butter on medium high heat in a large skillet.  Lace your dices onions and peppers with one tsp of Cayenne pepper, one tsp of Paprika, and one tsp of seasoning salt.  Sauté for about 5 minutes until tender and the add you shrimp.  Cook for another 5 minutes or until your shrimp turn pink.  Add one small can of cream of shrimp soup and a ¼ cup of water along with your hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.  Blend until smooth and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and incorporate 2 tbs of butter. 

Serve over white rice and enjoy.
