NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - Nacogdoches Police stayed busy Wednesday night working three disturbances and arresting four in cases which they say are related.

According to spokesman Sgt. Greg Sowell, police responded to an aggravated robbery at Spring Hill Apartments at 9:45 p.m. Beer bottles were used as weapons and money and keys were stolen. Two were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Later that night, police responded to a fight in progress involving a "crowd." When officers arrived, some of the crowd were running away because they said someone had passed by in a truck holding a gun out of the window. Police managed to track down the suspected truck and confiscated a BB gun and crack cocaine.

Danny Gipson was arrested for possession of controlled substance.

Even later that night, police were called back to Spring Hill Apartments to investigate another fight. Sowell said several shots were reportedly fired and three more were arrested.

Those arrested were Corey Williams (assault), Lachad Rushing (possession of a controlled substance) and Tyson Anderson (deadly conduct, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana).
