LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - An Angelina County Grand Jury has indicted two Lufkin residents allegedly connected in an abduction on June 23 on different charges.
Stephen Dewayne Wallace, 34, and Rachel Tutt, 21, were both previously charged with aggravated kidnapping but are indicted on charges of possession of methamphetamine. Wallace is also indicted on a charge of tampering with evidence.
District Attorney Clyde Herrington said Wallace, Tutt and four others still must face a grand jury on the kidnapping charges.
Also among the 46 indictments issued Thursday was one for Joshua Clem Miller, who must face a charge of indecency with a child after he allegedly exposed himself to a child while driving down Timberland Drive.
