WOODLAKE, TX (KTRE) - A Corrigan boy returned home from a camp with H1N1, according to a spokesman with the camp.
Eric Small, manager of Pineywoods Baptist Encampment, said the boy is just the second out of about 10,000 participants to have contracted H1N1 in the camps provided by the programs this summer.
Small said camp workers have taken all necessary precautions in sanitizing the camp.
The boy was part of the "AIM Boys Camp 2009." His parents say he is recovering fine, Small said.
Pineywoods Baptist Encampment is a facility with a ropes course, lake and other recreation facilities. It is located on Highway 287 between Groveton and Corrigan.
