9/21/09 Lufkin Police Report

Burglary/Attempt, 1600 Block S Chestnut Drive: Officers responding to an active burglary alarm at a business around 3am Monday morning found that window had been pried on and broken.  Nothing was noted missing from the business and it didn't appear that entry was made into the building.

Criminal Mischief, 1500 Block Allen Drive: Complainant reported that someone poured what appeared to be used motor oil and nail polish on her car Sunday night.

Stalking, 1800 Block Dawson Drive: Complainant reported an ongoing problem with a known suspect driving by his house, stopping in the roadway and harassing him in a threatening manner.

Assault, 100 Block Conn Avenue: Complainant reported that she was assaulted by a known female suspect who hit her with brass knuckles Sunday afternoon.  The complainant had a small cut and a scratch on her face.

Criminal Mischief, 700 Block Clark Street:  Complainant reported that a known male suspect broke out the front door window on her home shortly after she had been involved in the disturbance above on Conn St.

Burglary/Vehicle, 700 Block E Laurel Avenue:  Complainant reported that the stereo was stolen from his pickup Saturday night.

Theft, 1200 Block E Denman Avenue:  Complainant reported that a car cover was stolen off her car over the weekend.

Terroristic Threat, 600 Block Abney Street: Complainant reported that she received several threatening phone calls from an unknown male suspect. 

Criminal Mischief, 700 Block Abney Street:  Complainant reported that an egg was thrown and broken on the fender of her car Saturday night.

Criminal Mischief, 700 Block Kurth Drive: Complainant reported that the fender and door of her car were kicked by an unknown suspect sometime during the early morning hours Sunday.

Criminal Mischief, 200 Block S Bynum Street: Complainant reported that an unknown person had thrown a rock through his car window Saturday night.
