9/23/09 Nacogdoches Police Report

Theft; 1030 North University Drive. A suspect entered the store and stole some meat. The suspect fled in a vehicle.

Burglary of a building; 3900 block of Se Stallings Drive. A residence was found unsecure and a leather chair, a lamp, table game, cedar chest and a dining set were missing.

Deadly conduct; 5200 block of South Street. Juveniles were reported throwing rocks at vehicles and rolling a junk tire into traffic.

Burglary of a vehicle; 1700 block of  Ila Street. Unknown suspects entered an unsecured vehicle and removed a stereo system.

Burglary of a vehicle; 300 block of Commerce Street. An unsecured vehicle was entered and a gps, a checkbook, and two purses were stolen.

Burglary of a vehicle; 500 block of Tangleberry. A window was broken from a vehicle and an iPod was taken.

Credit card abuse; 4100 block of Royal Lane. A suspect called and identified himself as representing a phone company. The victim gave the suspect a credit card number which has been used to make unauthorized purchases.
