9/25/09 Nacogdoches Police Report

Theft; 1600 Block of Cardinal Street. Complainant reported that a known suspect had borrowed complainant's car. The suspect pawned a gps system that was in the car.

Forgery; 3000 block of North Street. A suspect attempted to pass a forged prescription at CVS. The suspect, William Cetta, was arrested.

Harassment; 300 block of West Spradley Street. Complainant reported that a known suspect continues to call on the phone after being told not to do so.

Burglary of a vehicle; 2700 block of Sullivan Drive. Complainant's vehicle was forcibly entered and a small amount of cash taken from the cup holder.

Burglary of a building; 3200 block of north University Drive. Complainant reported that unknown suspects entered the non-public area of the store by pushing open a gate. The suspects then removed a bank bag containing an undetermined amount of cash.

Theft; 2201 se Stallings Drive. Unknown suspects removed a red 2009 10' utility trailer. The trailer was equipped with electric metal cutting saws, torches, and a miller welding machine. The trailer has Louisiana license l397006.

Criminal trespass; 3900 Appleby Sand  Road. A window air unit was pushed inside the first church of god. Entry was made but nothing was taken.
