Texas Trust Black-Eyed Pea-za

1 lb Lean HB meat
48 oz. cooked & drained Black Eyed Peas
16 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
16 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 med. Onion (diced)
1 can black olives (sliced)
1 small can diced green chilles
1 pkg. Taco seasoning
Pizza dough for large pizza

Prepare favorite pizza dough, cover, and place in warm area to rise. Sauté HB meat and diced onion in skillet. Add ½ of Black-eyed peas to meat mixture and gently mash. Drain any excess fat.

Season meat mixture with your favorite taco seasoning. Place pizza dough on large greased pizza pan and shape. Mash remaining Black-eyed peas and spread  mixture on pizza dough.

Add diced green chilles and sliced black olives. Cover with grated mozzarella cheese and grated cheddar cheese.

Place in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes, or until pizza crust is browned and cheese is melted. Remove from oven and let pizza cool for 10 minutes. Slice with pizza cutter serve and enjoy!
