In The Kitchen: Mock Champagne

Serves 8-10

Ingredients:    

4 cups carbonated water, chilled
4 cups ginger ale, chilled 
3 cups unsweetened white grape juice, chilled

 Directions:    

  1. Chill club soda, ginger ale and grape juice overnight.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine club soda, ginger ale and grape juice.
  3. Serve immediately over ice.
