Nacogdoches volleyball big district win

NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - Nacogdoches Lady Dragons took Kilgore to the brink in high school volleyball beating them in five games to assure themselves a playoff spot when postseason time comes. 

After dropping the first two games 25-21, 25-8 it seemed as though the Lady Dragons were going to leave Kilgore with a bad taste in their mouth but then they got hot.  They won the next three games to secure the match winning games three, four, and five convincingly 25-6, 25-19, 15-8. 

No matter what happens in the next two district games next week.  They will host Lindale on Friday Oct. 30th then travel to Henderson on Tuesday Oct. 27th.  The Bi-District Playoffs will being Nov. 2nd -3rd area playoffs will begin the following week the times and site are yet to be determined.  The state tournament is Nov.19th-21st in San Marcos, Texas.
