10/24/09 Nacogdoches Police Report

BMV, 2000 South Street:  The complainant advised that her blue Buick was broken into yesterday and her backpack and purse were stolen. Her credit cards have already been used around town.

Fraudulent use Identifying Information, 600 E. Hospital:  The complainant advised and unknown person withdrew money from his checking account and applied it to a credit card in San Ramon California, electronically.

BMV & Criminal Trespass, 700 Reedy Street:  The first complainant advised someone entered her white Toyota and removed a Huntington Bank Debit card and her brown Stetson wallet. At the same location, second complainant advised someone entered his red Chevy PU and rifled through it, but nothing missing.

Criminal Mischief, 1500 South Street:  The complainant advised that unknown suspect broke out the rear window of a customer's white 99 Chevy Tahoe that was parked behind the building.

Theft, 700 Georgia Oak Street:  The complainant reported 75 Morgan Silver dollars were missing from the home.

Recovered Property, 312 W. Main:  The Trinity County SO called; they were cleaning out their property room and found a nickel-plated .380.  SS numbers returned to a theft from Nacogdoches.  They are still trying to determine how they came into possession of it.

Assault Fv, 4000 Old Post Oak Road:  The complainant advised that she was assaulted by her 55Year old son.

BOH, 2000 Durst:  The complainant advised that persons unknown entered her residence and stole a rifle. Officer located it at a pawnshop and has suspect information.

Theft, 200 Mimms:  Officer contacted two victims at this location. They are both employees of the clinic and both stated that unknown persons removed their purses from the building without consent. A pink Pal Centro phone was taken along with their purses and the contents.

Theft, 400 North:  Victim stated she was at this address and unknown persons removed her wallet from her purse during the day. The wallet contained her identification information, two credit cards and misc. other items.

Theft, 1100 Wells:  Complainant stated unknown persons took his Husqvarna leaf blower from his yard today.

POM, 300 W. California:  Officer contacted a suspicious person in the area. He was identified as juvenile. He was found to have a small amount of marijuana on his person. He was arrested and released to his parents at NPD.

Assault MC f/v, 700 Jordan:  During an argument husband struck his wife in the face. She came to the PD and signed a complaint.

DWI, POM, POCS-MA, 3000 North:  Responded to the area of a reckless driver call. Vehicle located and stopped in the 2800 blk of Pearl. Driver was identified as Matthew Smith. He was found to be intoxicated and was arrested. He was also in possession of marijuana and hydrocodone.

DWI, 1700 S. Fredonia: Officer observed a subject passed out behind the wheel. He was identified as Enrique Villafranco Jr. and was found to be intoxicated. He was arrested.
