10/29/09 Nacogdoches Police Report

Burglary of a vehicle, 200 block of South Fredonia Drive: Unknown suspects broke out the window of a parked vehicle.

Assault, 2800 block of Pearl Street: Two known individuals assaulted each other during a disturbance. Complaints signed, no arrests.

Criminal mischief, 100 block of Rulfs Street: Several windows of parked vehicles were broken out overnight.

Possession of a prohibited weapon, 1200 block of South Street: Officers contacted Richard Villalovos for suspicious activity. He was found to be in possession of a butterfly knife and was arrested.

Interference with 911 call, 700 block of Harris Street: A known suspect kept the complainant from calling police during a disturbance. Warrant requested.

Assault, 600 block of Oakhill Plaza: A known suspect reportedly assaulted the complainant. No serious injury. Warrant requested.

Theft, 2703 NW Stallings Drive (Nacogdoches Power Sports): Unknown suspects cut the fence on the rear yard of the business. Suspects removed four four wheeler ATVs from the lot.

Theft, 4200 block of NE Stallings Drive: A tailgate was removed from a 1999 Ford pick-up that was parked.

Fraud, 1400 block of Cardinal Street: Complainant reported unauthorized withdrawals from a bank account.

Fail to identify, 4810 North Street: Officers contacted the suspect, Jeremy Henderson, at a minor accident. The suspect gave officers a false name, but he was recognized and arrested.
