11/1 Nacogdoches Police report

500 E Main ~ pocs ~ officers responded to a report of an intoxicated driver.  Officers contacted the subject outside the vehicle at a local business.  During contact, it was discovered that suspect was currently wanted for city warrants.  Suspect was also found to be in possession of several prescription pills.  The passenger was found to have outstanding city warrants.  Both suspect and passenger were arrested by police. 

700 oak hill plaza ~ Assault ~ complainant advised that she was in a verbal argument with the father od kids.  Complainant states that the subject slapped her.  Officers located the suspect in the area.  The complainant did not wish to file charges. 

3200 Pearl ~ BOH ~ complainant advised that over the weekend his condo was entered and several pieces of furniture were taken.

300 E College ~ Theft ~ complainant advised a unknown subject stole college books from the business.  Complainant states that the subject left in a black Lexus. 

4800 North ~ Theft ~ complainant states that an unknown subject stole her purse and took off running towards Goody's. The subject dropped the purse and it was recovered. 

200 W Seale ~ Theft for a person ~ complainant states that she was walking behind a local business on south St and proceeded down a wooded trail to the  block 200 W Seale. Complainant states that she was attacked from behind by two unknown subjects who forcibly removed her purse knocking her down.

1600 Cardinal ~ criminal mischief ~ complainant states that an unknown person broke out all the windows and lights on the vehicle.  Complainant states that she will get the vehicle removed but do not wish to file charges. 

1800 North St  ~ BOH ~ complainant advised unknown subject forced their way into his apartment through a window. Subjects took several shoes, polo shirts, a television set, and a Sony playstation. 

200 Wettermark ~ Assault ~  complainant was assaulted by her boyfriend due to her goin2g out last night.  The boyfriend left the scene prior to police arrival. 

1700 E Starr ~ Evading ~ Officers responded to a call where a known suspect was banging on the door to his baby mamma's apartment.  Officers got into a foot chase with the suspect.  The suspect was able to elude the police. 

1500 north St ~ BMV x 4 ~While patrolling the parking lot of 1500 north St, officers observed a male subject walking carrying purses.  The subject upon noticing officer dropped the purses and fled on foot running across north St.  Officers were able to catch the subject quickly.  Officers discovered a total of four vehicles had been broken into.  Officers recovered property.  Officers also located a second subject involved hiding in the suspect's vehicle in possession of two stolen purses.  Both suspects were arrested.
