11/04/09 Nacogdoches Police report

DWI; 100 block of Zeno Street. Officers stopped a vehicle for traffic violation. The driver was contacted and suspected of being intoxicated. David Rabe was arrested.

Criminal mischief; 200 block of East Starr. Unknown suspects broke a window out of a parked vehicle.

Possession of marijuana; 1100 Oakhill Plaza. Nicholas Patton was contacted by officers. He was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and was arrested.

Theft; 1100 Block Of North University Drive. Suspect Earl Bonner was arrested after concealing merchandise and attempting to leave the store without paying.

Unlawful restraint; 1800 block of Virginia Avenue. Complainant reported that a known suspect held her down and refused to let her go. This happened in September, 2009.

Forgery; 2200 Block of Briargrove. Complainant reported several checks being forged on an account.

Credit card abuse; 1600 block of cardinal. Unknown suspects used complainant's credit card to make unauthorized purchases.

Burglary of a habitation; 312 West Main. Complainant reported that an unknown male suspect forced his way into a residence and forced the complainant to have sexual relations.

Burglary of a vehicle; 4600 block of North Street. A Mathews Bow was removed from the rear of a truck.

Theft; 700 Block Of North Mound. A purse was stolen containing a wallet, some jewelry and approximately 13 charge cards.

Theft; 1122 North University Drive. Officers arrested Rowena Watts Brown for shoplifting and she gave a false name. The suspect also had an outstanding theft warrant, she was charged with failure to identify also.
