11/7/09 Nacogdoches Police Report

NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) – Officers answered 66 calls for service with 2 accidents and made 3 arrests.

Criminal Mischief, 2100 N.W. Stallings Drive:  Complainant stated sometime during the last two weeks unknown suspect broke the back glass to his 5th wheel camper with a BB gun.

Theft, 2700 South Street:  Complainant stated an unknown Hispanic male suspect took a Sony GPS from the display case and left without paying.

Assault F/V, 1800 North Street:  Officers responded to disturbance where boyfriend and girlfriend had a verbal altercation that turned physical when she bit him on the thumb. She was arrested.

Assault, 1800 Railroad Street:  Victim advised that she and her boyfriend got into a verbal argument and he then pulled her out of his car causing scratches to her knees.

Aggravated Assault X2, 4000 South Street:  Victim and his 15-year-old cousin were beat with a Mag flashlight by several unknown Hispanic males. Victim's injuries were severe and he is admitted to the hospital.

POM & PI, 4100 North Street:  Xondadric Holmes was contacted due to a fight. He was found to be intoxicated and was arrested. Holmes was found to have marijuana in his pocket.
