Former Corrigan teacher indicted on two more counts of inappropriate text messaging

LIVINGSTON, TX (KTRE) - A former Corrigan-Camden Elementary School teacher, who was arrested in Oct. 2008, was re-indicted last month on two additional counts of online solicitation of a minor.

According to a re-indictment issued Oct. 30, Jennifer Hudspeth communicated inappropriately through a text message with a minor on two occasions.

A Polk County Grand Jury originally indicted Hudspeth on three counts of the same charge in a January meeting of the grand jury.

According to a previous KTRE report, Hudspeth allegedly sent explicit text messages to 15- and 16-year-old boys.
