11/11/09 Lufkin Police Report

Burglary/Habitation 508 Cain Street: A bottle of Bourbon and a bottle of Gin were reported stolen from an unoccupied residence.

Drug Activity, E Frank Avenue: The suspect was a passenger in an automobile accident and was found to be in possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription.  The suspect was not arrest at the time due to injuries sustained from the accident.  A warrant for his arrest is being requested.

Assault, 412 S Third Street:  A twelve year old female advised that she was pushed over a bench by a 17 year old female.

Assault, Church Street: A six grade student advised that he was struck several time in the face by the fist of a seventh grader while walking home from school.

Criminal Trespass, 511 N Fourth Street: The victim advised that her property was moved outside of a residence that she is in the process of moving out of, by her landlord.

Burglary, 102 N Timberland Drive A newspaper box was stolen and later recovered.  The locking bar and coin box with the contents was missing.

Theft, 2400 E Denman Avenue: A male and female reportedly were shoplifting at the business.  An arrest warrant has been requested.
