11/18/09 Nacogdoches Police report

Aggravated assault; 309 Commerce Street (cason-monk hardware). Complainant reported that a customer became into a store and became upset and was asked to leave. The suspect went to a pickup and came back and produced a knife and threatened the clerk. The clerk produced a handgun, and the suspect retreated. The suspect is described as a white male in his 40’s with a beard. Investigation is underway.

Hit and run; 100 block of old Line Drive. Complainant reported that a vehicle had been struck in the parking lot overnight.

Criminal mischief; 400 block of North Street. Complainant’s vehicle window was broken out overnight. Nothing was taken.

Burglary of a vehicle; 1000 block Simon. A cd player and stereo was taken out of a vehicle that had entry forced.

Harassment; 3300 block of Pearl Street. Complainant received harassing text messages from a known suspect.

Theft; 1100 block of Shawnee Street. Complainant reported several pieces of food service equipment taken from a closed business.

Aggravated assault; 700 block of Harris Street. Tiffany Lemoine cut a female victim on the hand with a knife during an argument. The suspect was arrested.

Assault; 3200 block of pearl street. Officers responded to a disturbance. Officers could hear the disturbance and made entry. It was determined that Patrick Martin had hit a female victim during the disturbance and he was arrested.

Securing execution of a document by deception; 800 block of Ridgeview. Complainant reported that a suspect had caused a person to take out several loans without having the mental capability to do so. Case is under investigation.

 Possession of marijuana; 500 block of Oakhill Plaza. Marcio Stotts was contacted for loud noise coning from his vehicle. Officers smelled burning marijuana and recovered a usable amount of suspected marijuana. He was arrested.

 Evading arrest-possession of a controlled substance; 1500 block of dolphin. Officers attempted to contact Sammy Polk for suspicious activity. He fled on foot, and emptied a plastic baggie while doing so. Officers caught the suspect and located another bag on his person containing suspected crack cocaine.

Criminal mischief; 900 block of north university drive. A windshield on a jeep was damaged by possibly a bb gun.

Theft; 700 block of first street. Complainant reported that while partici[ating in a fight, a quanity of money fell from her bra. Someone picked up the money. Investigation  is underway.

Theft; 1500 block of east Starr Avenue. Complainant reported leaving the door open to a residence and leaving. Upon returning, complainant found that unknown suspects had removed a television and playstation three.

    A female juvenile who has been missing from Shreveport, LA since Dec.19, 2016, turned herself into the Shelby County Sheriff's Office Saturday morning.  According to Shelby County Sheriff Willis Blackwell, around 10:47 a.m. Natalyia Theresa Rogers entered the SCSO and spoke with Deputy Peter Davis. Rogers told Davis that she had been staying in Center with Samantha Nix. Rogers said that she turned herself in because she was in need of medications and was starting to harm herse...
