11/19/09 Nacogdoches Police report

Burglary of a vehicle; 400 block of Pleasant Lane.  A stereo and tool box were removed from an unsecured vehicle.

Criminal trespass; 1000 block of East main. A known suspect entered a vehicle and intimidated the victim into giving him a ride. Warrant requested.

Robbery; 2003 South Street (dollar general). Officers were called to a shoplifter in custody. Store employees were attempting to detain Evan Moore and he pushed an employee out of the and fled. He was captured and arrested.

Robbery; 4800 North Street. Complainant reported that he was waiting in his vehicle in a parking lot when he was approached by two white males approached him and threatened him and took the vehicle. The vehicle belongs to the victim’s girlfriend, who had just broken up with him. Investigation  is underway.

Credit card abuse; 100 block of Oakview. Complainant gave a credit card number to a con artist, on the phone, posing as an agent for a long distance company. Unauthorized charges immediately began appearing on the account.

Burglary of a building-burglary of a vehicle-criminal mischief; 500 block of north university drive. A suspect broke into the building and destroyed two security cameras. The suspect also burglarized two vehicles in the parking lot.

Burglary of a vehicle; 1400 block of Hillview. A truck was entered and a stereo was removed.
