Sopapilla Cheesecake

Recipe from Tammy Pommier of Mamou, La.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes 

2 cans crecent rolls
2 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 stick butter, melted

1. Layer one can of crecent rolls on bottom of 9x13 pan.  Soften cream cheese and mix sugar and vanilla.  Spread over crecent rolls. 

2. Layer second can of crecent rolls on top.  Pour melted butter over crecent rolls.  Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until done.
