11/20/09 Lufkin Police report

Criminal Mischief, 1900 Block Keltys Street:  Complainant reported that the fender on her vehicle was scratched with some type sharp object, apparently while it was parked at her home Wednesday night and Thursday.

Criminal Mischief, 1200 Block Tom Temple Drive: Complainant reported that the back window of his parked vehicle was broken out Thursday evening by an unknown means.

Terroristic Threat, 700 Block Desert Willow Drive: Complainant reported that her son was threatened by a known suspect Thursday.

Theft, 2100 Block N Raguet Street:  Complainant reported that she had an IPOD and jumper cables in a friend's car when it was repossessed and the repo company refused to return the items to her without her paying a fee.

Theft, 400 Block Atkinson Street: Complainant reported that she left her backpack in a shopping cart outside a grocery store and when she returned for it a short time later it was missing.

Theft, 800 Block N Third Street: Complainant reported that two chain saws and two hand-held grinders were stolen from the unlocked toolbox on his pickup Wednesday.

Forgery/Counterfeit   2500 Block Daniel McCall Drive:  Complainant reported that an unknown male suspect tried to pass a counterfeit $100 bill at a store Thursday.  The man was described as a black male driving a yellow Toyota FJ Cruiser.

Theft, 1900 block s First Street:  Complainant reported that he accidentally left his custom pool cue and case at a nightclub after a pool tournament Wednesday night and someone took it.

Forgery/counterfeit 2500 block Daniel McCall Drive: Complainant reported that he lost his checkbook and someone forged three of his checks.
