China Cafe's Sauteed String Beans
1/2 Lbs String Beans
2 tsp Vegetable Oil
1pc Fresh Garlic
4 tsp Soy Sauce
A pinch of White Pepper
2 tsp Cooking Wine
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Dried Chicken Seasoning
1/2 tsp Sesame OIl
Fry string beans in hot oil for one minute, then steam string beans in hot, boiling water to get the grease out.
Dry the wok. Add 2 tsp of oil, bake the garlic in oil first then add string beans, cooking wine, and then the sesame oil.
