11/25/09 Lufkin Police report

Theft, 1900 Block W Frank Avenue: Complainant reported that an unknown man didn't have enough money to pay for the soda drink he poured at a store and left without paying for it Tuesday night.

Burglary, 900 Block Weaver Avenue: Complainant reported that her house was broken into Monday night and a floor heater, some snack foods and some coins were stolen.

Disturbance/Domestic, 700 Block Renfro Drive:  Complainant reported that she went to try and make amends with her boyfriend's family Tuesday and the mother, father and sister beat her up.

Burglary, 900 Block Second Street:  Complainant reported that his home was broken into and a small amount of cash was stolen Tuesday.

Forgery/Counterfeit, 1700 Block Brentwood Drive: Complainant reported that a known suspect stole and forged one of his checks.

Burglary, 1100 Block Herman Street: Complainant reported that someone entered her home and removed some possessions her brother had stored there and also took her daughter's cell phone.  The complainant had not contacted the brother to see if he took the items at the time of the report.

Burglary, 100 Block South End Street: Complainant reported that she awoke to find her ex-boyfriend in her house Tuesday morning.  When he left she noticed a DVD player, some DVD's, a BBQ pit and other miscellaneous items missing. 

Burglary/Habitation, 400 Block Montrose Street: Complainant reported that a vacant rental house had been broken into and a stove was missing.
